Mediation Philosophy & Approach

 
As a practicing attorney and mediator, I have represented thousands of clients in hundreds of mediations, arbitrations and neutral evaluations over a span of 15 years of practice. In that time, I have had the opportunity to represent all sides in the litigation arena, in all roles, and am fully skilled in the tactics, interests and positions party take and express in the mediation process.

As a mediator, I use my legal experience, mediation training, and common sense to rapidly bring parties to discuss their interests in seeking compromises toward resolution, notwithstanding their initial positions, with excellent results.

I welcome matters in the pre-litigation and litigation arenas, whether through represented parties or direct party retention.
