Eric is a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator with Stancer, Gossin, Rose LLP, as well as its managing partner. Eric was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977. He has incorporated a broad range of experiences into his practice, including Corporate and Commercial Law, Estate Planning and AdministrationFamily Law and Real Estate. This leads to his serving clients and providing advice in all aspects of their lives. The broad spectrum of his experience assists him in his mediation practice as well. Both as a mediator, chosen by counsel to assist in dispute resolution, and as a negotiator involved in resolving family and business disputes, he brings to the table a general understanding of the multidimensional aspect of a client’s personal and business needs
