Michael Brockett is a retired healthcare executive now practicing as a non-lawyer, Resolution Practitioner. His service menu includes Mediation, Arbitration, Negotiation and Fairness Opinion. Michael has over 35 years of experience in non-for-profit and healthcare sectors including positions as Physician Practice Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Hospital Board Chairman.
Michael has extensive experience in mediated negotiation and arbitration of securities related matters including deal structure and dispute resolution of private equity transactions. He has previously served on the mediation and or arbitration panels for Missouri Bar Association, The American Arbitration Association, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He has been court certified as both Mediator and Arbitrator in the State of Missouri and as a Mediator in the State of Oklahoma. He is an Associate Member (Mediator) of the American Bar Association
Michael holds Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Rockhurst University’s Executive Fellows Graduate School of Business in Kansas City, Missouri.
