Nearly 30 years of experience as trial lawyer, arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial and business litigation.
Primary Areas of Practice
Commercial and business litigation, with a particular emphasis in the areas of: (1) complex financial litigation, including in mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, accountancy and actuarial science (including malpractice claims), financial institutions, financial statements (including reps. and warranties), real estate, business breakups and internal corporate and partnership disputes (among and between the corporation, directors, officers and shareholders/partners/members); (2) class actions (particularly in securities, investment, fiduciary duty and consumer actions); and (3) business torts in a wide variety of contexts.
